MessagesFUNCTIONAL POSSIBILITIES OF THE BIOLOGICAL RHYTHMS DIGITAL ANALYZER «OMEGA»E.Kolominskaya, V. Kuvshinova, O.Nefedova, A.Poletaev, Scientific Cente „ENIOM“ Russia, Moscow Among modern means of functional diagnostics adopted by the Health Care Ministry of Russian Federation systems of the integrated patient’s state express estimation are widely spreading. In development of such systems the advances of physiology, biophysics and clinical medicine are used. The biological rhythms digital analyzer «OMEGA-M» is devoted to analyze variability of human heart rhythms signals. Different components are extracted from electric cardio signal in wide frequency range. Analysis is based on neurodynamical models of electric signals formation and information technology of analysis of biorhythm called “fractal neurodynamics”. These signals are generated by different components of neuron systems. The information technology allows estimating the state of vegetative tone, adaptation resources, energetic balance and state and the state of central nervous system [1, 2]. The conceptions of informational interconnections of cellular associations and between particular organs and their systems are the theoretical basis of the technology. This interconnection is provided not only by hormone regulating and immune system but also by electromagnetic “crosstalk” of tissues and organs of the body. Features of “OMEGA-M” System The diagnostic complex «OMEGA-M» enables to estimate the functional state of regulating and adaptation systems and psycho-emotional state of the whole organism as well. It is done by analysis of cardio rhythmical parameters. The patient’s examination process takes about 5 minutes. The cardio plot of cardiac intervals shows the dependence of intersystolic (RR-) interval duration on the current circle number. It may be processed in two modes: 300 or 100 measurements. To get the necessary information from registration of cardiac cycles one must use the combination of electrodes from 12 appropriate standard areas of the body. Brain rhythms are separated from the electric cardio signal. In this case the registration of encephalogram is not required. Single («static») investigation fixes the particular time profile of patient’s state. The dynamic observation mode is used for comparative studies of patient’s functional state (two or more measurements) and for monitoring of patient’s functional state in real time as well. The electric cardiac signal recoding is made by the remote control module. In this device the USB-interface with optical decoupling is used for ECG transmitting. Software of the complex is adapted for Windows XP and possesses a lot of possibilities of modern operation systems. In the development of this software the experience of different users from many institutions of Russia and abroad was taken into account. The independent power supply allows to carry out examination of a patient in the field conditions. Systems analysis modes 1. Variation analysis of cardiac rhythms – evaluation of vegetative regulation data by means of statistical, temporal and spectral analysis of cardiac rhythms. 2. Neurodynamic analysis of biological rhythms of the body – evaluation of the level of central regulation and endocrine system state. 3. Brain biorhythms mapping – evaluation of patient’s psycho-physical state by means of phase analysis and brain biorhythms mapping. The brain biorhythms spectral power is defined for δ-, θ-, α-, β-1- and β-2-rhythms. 4. Fractal analysis – evaluation of the degree of the body biorhythms harmonization also represents the information about the immune state. The patient’s biological age also can be determined. This requires the formation of specific gerontological rhythm. The biological age is estimate by transposing of measured functional state. System’s possibilities ● Screening and diagnostics of patient’s health functional state. ● Monitoring of functional state data – «calendar and health hours». ● Formulate daily forecast of psychophisiological activity according to the mode of «biological clock». ● Estimation of cardiovascular system state and other regulations by means of the «golden section» for ECG temporal parameters. ● Estimation of self-regulation level in the bio-feedback mode. ● Automatic measurement of the PQRST parameters by means of manual adjustment. ● Formation of the complex medical report according to the computer analysis, producing the document and results printing. ● Individual medical chart of outpatient with the embedded database with15000 diagnoses. When using digital photo camera this chart includes patient’s photo. ● E-database of patients enabling to export, import and backup data. ● The directed breathing gymnastics program in the bio-feedback mode. ● Mass examinations system “CRAB” enabling to register the ECG of 7 patients simultaneously. The apparatus “ANGEL-Z” is designed for restoring and harmonization of the body biorhythms to meet the nature requirement of the brain rhythms variation. It uses low-frequency electric pulses of small intensity current. The effect occurs in the frequency ranges corresponding to particular organs, tissues and cell structures of the body. In combining with traditional and nontraditional therapeutic methods the program-apparatus complex ”OMEGA-M” allows creating mini rooms with the completed cycle: “diagnoses – treatment – control – forecast”. Certification test of the complex «OMEGA-M» had been carried out while making the preventive examination of the professional contingent working under harmful conditions. The program-apparatus complex using showed its high diagnostic, forecasting and economic effectiveness.
