Now it is well-known that most part of human illnesses have a psychosomatic origin. The term ”psychosomatics” was proposed in 1918 by K.Heinroth.
Psychosomatics is the system of knowledge about the interrelation between the state of health and the mental state including conscious and subconscious sphere of mind.

As the psychosomatics factors rule the formation of most illnesses, several decades were spend to find ways for their correction. Well known and prevalent approach to this problem is psychoanalysis. In the context to this method one need to perform careful study of the situations in the past which have given rise to definite subconscious complexes. This method proved to be effective and have spread over the Europe and America. The real use of the method requires conduction of numerous prolonged consultations of skilled psychoanalyst.

Fortunately an alternative technics was created. This is the method of autoregression. It consists usefully of two steps. At first, one need to set the autoesthesia of the patient. This means that the patient needs to achieve the sensible perception of the problematical parts and places in the body, and visualization of the situational cause. Then one must gain relaxation of tensions in the corresponding places of the body either through the contact or noncontact restitution of energy flows in the body. Afterwards the autoregression itself is carried out– the visual trip to the past. Including last and previous lifes.

After you reach the identification of the past situations through the visual images, the next important step is to get awareness about the essence of the problem been risen by the situation, for example, wound feelings, past aggressions, condemnations, claims to other persons, disagreements, suppressed emotions, unjustified hopes etc.

Realization, understanding and releasing of these problems makes it possible to avoid the progression of psychosomatic illness and restore the health. No get pronounced and stable normally it is recommended to pass through several séances, but in some cases even a single procedure gives pronounced positive result.
This technics has an essential merit, it doesn’t require the use of hypnosis, the patient is active and aware at all the steps of the procedure. One can treat this approach as safe and humane.

Several years (18 years) of use the method with hundreds of patients have been bearing different illness improved the efficacy of the approach and many merits in comparison with classical psychoanalysis.
