Man´s work-internet – towards the successful health of the planet

We live in the time when the traditional, cultural and social identities of people have been becoming weak. Less people define their clear belonging – whether to the language, religion, social groups, culture or even to the gender. That is why the searching for new answers is connected with higher levels of the consciousness.

The human being is the intercept point of relations in the society, of action of the planets and whole universe. New task for people rise from this at the following changes: our mission is to counterbalance the happening on the higher hierarchical levels – depending on one´s abilities, disposals of the karma, on the education and the development. People as a conscious part of the universe - the God´s plan- present together the rate of engagement to this plan, of realizing it and cultivating it.

In the case of the contemporary man it is mainly a mass – with help of that we change the world. And we have effect on the mass mostly by working. In the time of the rising cosmic consciousness and the spirituality development, which only a minority of the world population share, people cant stay uncareful to the globe´s health. I see the point of this health as a sufficiency of work for people – but a creative, various and edifying work. This is mainly important in the time of the emerging global- pandemic crisis. Man of today has to create i.a. more compassion and love, which are so much needed if the mankind has to find new ways how to share material-limited sources and solve new tasks.
Man has various possibilities during his realization through the work. And he experiences all sorts of motivations towards the work. It is possible to find the attitude that “working for free is immoral”. Let´s say that if the work is motivated only by the economic indicators, in addition virtually deformed, then it is the appearance of the small radius of development that in the next sequence of things invokes the necessity of the repetition on the low karmic level – because everything repeats (parameter space- time).

That is why we accept work not only as an instrument at mass working. We try to comprehend work as a mean for the enrichment of the soul, the spirit. I also feel that according to the God ´s cosmic plan, the economic and technologic growth is not the priority. On the contrary, people should extend their outlook towards the holistic perception of the world, it is towards the concern about all God´s creations. Unfortunately, our planet and the world economic systems have been in the more conflicting relation.

The primary establishment of such relations in the world is considered to be the right one for the health of the planet that will be constructed on the holistic and equal access showing harmonic relations to all, showing harmonic relations between the genders, nations, races and religions, and so on.
New interregional portals i-RU.CZ and iRUCZ.RU have been created. Information in the Czech and Russian language offering contacts for undertaking and business and cooperation are systemized there, offers and demands are worked up there. The internet platform of Czech-easter economic collaboration has been on the top positions of the visit rate since 2001. It draws attention of many professional working places and often of many significant persons - head workers of the institutions. By working up the information for some tens of thousands of visitors, the authors get the possibility of working up the specific information in the conditions of the crisis, and they believe that working on a conference can help the visitors to step up on a higher spirit level.

The mission of the portal i-RU.CZ has been developed out of the internet as well - via own specialized forums. In the years 2003 to 2007 a number of business work shops were organized that were supported by some of the top Czech banks and some Members of Parliament.

The following aims were set in the contemporary phase:

1. seeking for possibilities how to help the businessmen and students to understand big changes in the realia and the practices of our countries that may be far from the school conceptions,
2. helping above all young specialist and businessmen to seek real common interests,
3. helping to develop interregional relations on the various levels.
The leadership of i-RU.CZ continues to cooperate with the Russian-language people and specialist of the Russian language educated in the Czech Republic for the common creative work in the Czech Republic and we consider addressing the Slovak in the future as well.

Within the festival “OKNA DO RUSKA (=WINDOWS TO RUSSIAN)” a new possibility is considered to be organized – the exchange student interships when the interested persons form the Russia and the Czech Republic could stay one, two or three months in the guest countries, at families supported by concrete firms. The administration of the i-RU.CZ asks the conference participants who can help to support these aims with their contacts, experience and influence by contacting them.
Support given by the PSY ACADEMY Ostrava with the head professor Alla Kulikova has occupied a special and positive position in the activities of i-RU.CZ in the last year.

It is good to say that the approach of i-RU.CZ has got broad support in the last time. The managerial staff of institutions in the Czech Republic start to appreciate this work, the Chamber for Trade and Industry for CIS Countries, the Czech Tourist Association, the Honorary Consulate of the Russian Federation in the Czech Republic, the Embassy of the RF in the Czech Republic, Czech-Russian society, the Association of the Russian graduates from the Russian and Soviet universities, and so on are cooperating. The work of the portal is highly appreciated by the professional departments of the universities in Olomouc and Ostrava.

The all world has entered the global economic crisis that forces all of us to reorder our powers. I personally think that the impact of the crisis may result in many self-sufficient partnerships that try to escape from the rule of dominant hierarchies and project their fears or illusions to fatal data in the future. This depends on the way of thinking of an organized man. Future forecasted by the Maya calendar assumes only what comes from the mankind itself – either in the direct or indirect way. You can mention here and old proverb: “What we will seed, that we will harvest”. That is why it is necessary to consider the work on the education and spirituality development as a contribution to the health of the whole globe as fundamental.
